Online Rebates are good for selected vacation package reservations that are properly processed through this website using our online reservations system. Online Rebates are only good for travel originating in the US. All Online Rebates are in US dollars. Incomplete Online Rebate requests, Online Rebate requests for canceled trips, Online Rebate request for reservations made through other agencies/vendors, and requests for prior reservations are not valid and will be denied. Air only purchases, land only purchases, and certain special packages such as Apple Vacations Square Deal Specials are excluded. Online Rebates may not be combined with any other offer or discount, may not be transferred, traded, or sold, and are void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Online Rebates are based on the Land portion of a confirmed vacation reservation booking without regard to the number of passengers traveling excluding (taxes, miscellaneous supplier charges, government fees, energy surcharges, port charges, and travel insurance. Limit one Online Rebate per booking. Online Rebate percentages vary by vendor and are subject to change without notice. Online Rebates are not applicable to reservations made via phone. Online Rebate requests must be submitted within 30 days of the final travel day on the reservation. Rebate checks will be processed and mailed within 14 business days of receipt of valid Rebate Coupon or online submission and trip completion. To avoid delay in processing please do not submit your rebate until after your trip has completed. If you have not received your rebate check within 4 weeks of your trip completion, please call us for status. All Online Rebates are subject to availability and are subject to change without notice.
